Dental Administrator - Clayton Park Dental

Welcome to Clayton Park Dental, where vibrant community spirit meets exceptional dental care. Proudly serving Halifax for over 15 years, Dr. Greg Lozowski, Dr. Sura Hadad, and their dedicated team are committed to helping patients achieve healthy, confident smiles.
Our practice offers a full spectrum of dental services, including preventive hygiene, general dentistry, cosmetic treatments, teeth whitening, implants, wisdom teeth removal, and Invisalign. With Dr. Lozowski and Dr. Hadad’s expertise leading the way, we deliver top-tier care in a warm, welcoming environment.
Schedule:
Monday - Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM with the exception of Wednesday's we are open until 6:00 PM.

Responsibilities:
Greet and assist patients as they arrive; ensure a lasting positive impression for them
Responsible for optimizing the appointment schedule by ensuring the day is full, with limited gaps
Effectively manage recall system and accurately maintain patient database
Manage patient calls and inquiries about appointments, confirmations, amendments and cancellations
Process referral letters and other patient correspondence upon receipt from provider; manage and file all patient records and charts
About You:
Minimum 1 year of administration experience
Clinical background and experience with dental software programs considered an asset
